The Senior Product Manager, Payments will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Payments portfolio including our salary payment and funding solutions.
This role requires a strategic, highly commercial thinker with a deep understanding of the Payments landscape, customer needs, and the ability to translate these insights into actionable product strategies to support our growth plans.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successfully scaling B2B Payments products in a growth environment, have excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities: - Product Strategy and Vision:O Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Payments products that align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.O Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Product Roadmap and Development:O Work with product owners and key business stakeholders to create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
Create supporting business cases to justify return on investment.O Work closely with product owners, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development and delivery.
- Customer Focus and Advocacy:O Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to product development decisions.O Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts and features.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:O Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.O Train and support sales and customer success teams on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:O Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of products and initiatives.O Continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive necessary action across the business.
- Leadership:O Act as a thought leader within the organization, sharing insights and best practices in product management and B2B go to market strategies.The ideal candidate is passionate about payroll, payments and technology, is customer-focused and has empathy with payroll amp; finance teams and possesses strong analytical and leadership skills.Attributes and Experience Required: - Degree level in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products and solutions.
- Experience of payments products and payroll solutions essential, with experience of working with direct and indirect channels to market and third-party suppliers and partners.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching B2B products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrable commercial skills with the ability to drive the performance of the product Pamp;L. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
