In this role, you will partner with Consumables category teams and EU/WW partner teams to drive innovation and simplification of the listing experience and overall catalog management for Consumables vendors. This role requires strong customer obsession, focus on vendor experience, and operational excellence in delivering results.You see the "big picture", i.E. connecting catalog quality to relevant aspects of ordering/buying, supply chain (inbound/outbound), and customer experience on the website. Your ability to translate learnings from vendor/customer anecdotes, pilots and deep-dives into clear, actionable inputs will make you an indispensable partner for EU/WW teams in developing and bringing new innovation accounting for Consumables/FMCG peculiarities in this space.You are undaunted by complexity of the challenge and bring a "can-do" attitude plus a strong bias for action to address long-standing pain-points. Finally, you stand out with your strong communication & stakeholder management skills towards a broad range of leadership across EU Consumables and EU/WW partner teams.Key job responsibilitiesOwn and drive the annual roadmap for Listing and Operational Data Quality (ODQ) for EU Consumables in partnership with EU/WW central teams and your counterparts from US Consumables.Think big to develop business cases and recommendations for new products/features as part of the annual planning (OP) cycles.Design and develop clear, actionable proposals for catalog defect reduction jointly with partner teams combining data analysis with commercial inputs from Finance and category teams.Champion the requirements of Consumables vendors with their unique listing and catalog requirements; engage closely in vendor-facing activities including pilots on new innovation/features as well as kaizens to feedback learnings and insights to partner teams.Provide first-level of support on vendor escalations from senior leaders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors' degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.Proven experience in product/program management or consulting.Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results; "hands-on" mentality and ability to manage/prioritize multiple, competing deliverables.Strong verbal and written communication skills as foundation for excellent stakeholder management across teams and geographies.Ability to work autonomously, including doing deep-dives, building robust recommendations with supporting data and business cases.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1.
