Senior Product Manager
Eterlast is a Web3 company that builds web3 games and experiences for Sports and Entertainment brands through IP acquisition.

We are backed by leading venture capital studios and investors and are in discussions with the world's largest media companies and sporting IP owners to bring their content to web3.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building web3 games and experiences that users will love.
You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out web3 games and experiences that deliver the Eterlast vision and strategy.
You will direct product development and manage the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and translating ideas into strategy and features.
You will also intensively work with cross-functional teams across Creative, Product Design, Marketing and Engineering, to ensure that all pieces fit correctly.
You will have a close relationship with the CEO to ensure that the vision of the company is well translated into the platforms that we launch.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Eterlast and House of Boxing platform (and future pipelined IPs) by setting the bar of excellence to deliver a best-in-class web3 game and experience that defines a new category of collecting, playing, earning, and enjoying the web3 ecosystem.
- Define and own KPI targets for our platforms, ensuring the product roadmap is well positioned to achieve these as well as maintaining backlog.
- Always be innovating our platforms and use discovery and idea validation techniques to gain confidence in your ideas and solutions.
- Build features that are viral, engaging, and highly monetizable.
Constantly test and implement these and gather data for learnings.
- Be user obsessed and drive tangible improvements for users, addressing their biggest concerns, and deliver compelling experiences that will have fans and collectors sharing with the wider web3 community.
- Build strong partnerships and work very closely with the Engineers, Designers, and other colleagues, working as a cross-functional and distributed team to actively contribute to prioritising and defining the goals and roadmaps.
Your profile
- Product Management experience in Gaming, F2P or consumer driven business.
Bonus if you have worked on a P2E or web3 game.
- Experience scaling products through constant learning and experimentation in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry.
- You think from a user's point of view and want to create the best user experiences, always!
- You love to roll your sleeves up and get things done.
