Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in product management and/or consulting
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong focus on details; advanced Excel knowledge required
High resilience, strong backbone, and bias for action in this high-visibility role
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders
"Hands-on" mentality and ability to manage/prioritize multiple, competing deliverables

Join our team to drive one of Amazon's core strategic priorities in spinning the flywheel by adding critical selection our customers love! In this role, you will be partnering across Consumables Category teams across different countries, central EU/US-based product management teams, and external data providers like Nielsen and Circana to identify, onboard, and promote key brands/products our customers expect Amazon to carry.
You will have touchpoints with adjacent selection-related priorities around new business development (recruiting new, strategic brands) and improving our economics through directly sourcing selection from brand-owners. This is a high-visibility role as you embed yourself in critical partner workstreams as a thought leader and contribute towards delivering on our strategic goals heavily reliant on the selection we bring to our EU store.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with Selection Monitoring and EU Selection teams on setting goals for selection addition, buyability, and performance
Coordinate with Consumables Category teams and SMEs within individual product lines to address vendor-specific constraints or blockers to adding new selection
Identify Consumables-specific pain points across the selection funnel (from creation to getting a sale); design and implement corresponding action plans to address them.
Dive-deep and analyze selection funnel and selection components of composite metrics to identify any structural defects and design
Collaborate with leaders from related workstreams around recruiting new brands and improve our economics through sourcing selection directly from manufacturers/brand-owners
Implement strong stakeholder management mechanisms towards senior leaders to provide regular updates on selection workstreams, surface risks and opportunities, and gain buy-in on future big ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent
FMCG / Retail experience
Advanced SQL
