Role Overview:
As our Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our AI-based platforms, and extending the design into marketing and brand collateral as needed. In addition, you will also be involved in shaping the product development lifecycle from conceptualization to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Customer Experience, and engineers to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems in the travel industry. Your designs will need to be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through to prototyping and testing, for both our B2B and B2C products.
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance customer journeys for users in the travel space.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that communicate design ideas and functionality.
Establish and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries that ensure consistency across our digital platforms.
Collaborate with all teams to incorporate AI-driven features into the UI/UX design, ensuring a user-friendly interface for complex AI functionalities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends, products, technologies, and industry best practices, with a focus on travel technology.
Invite feedback and quickly iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team as needed to create assets for priority events, investor relations, and other key marketing needs.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with a focus on AI-driven platforms, SaaS products, or the travel industry.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI work, particularly on complex, data-driven products.
Tools: Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
Research Skills: Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
