Your role will involve understanding resource needs, enhancing user experiences, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver top-notch performance and creativity in our products. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Trading, to build a best-in-class strategy and launch new features. You will also work closely with your Design peers to ensure CX consistency and alignment to company goals.What You Will Be Doing: Strategy & Building Native Apps:Lead the design and strategic planning of native applications for iOS and Android.Evaluate resource needs and team requirements for development projects.User Experience Enhancement:Continuously improve the user experience by implementing innovative design solutions.Create immersive and engaging experiences.Performance Improvements:Identify and implement performance enhancements to ensure smooth and efficient app functionality.Stakeholder Collaboration:Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, in trio work setups.Design Systems (Plus):Manage and implement design systems for web, iOS, and Android platforms to ensure consistency and scalability.What You Need for This Role: Attributes:Strong strategic thinking and experience in building native apps.Proven ability to enhance UX and improve app performance.Familiarity with managing design systems for web, iOS, and Android is a plus.Seniority determined by years of experience, with sector-specific experience being a bonus but not required.Soft Skills:Excellent social and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Highly creative with a knack for innovative, outside-the-box thinking.Strong psychological insight to understand user behaviors, triggers, and motivations.Highly customer-focused with an ability to actively listen and engage with users.Experience working in trios (collaborating closely with PMs and Engineers).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Analytics for data-driven design insights.Advanced skills in Figma for design and prototyping.Knowledge of Mace or similar design tools.How you do it – Expectations for fulfilling your role: As a general rule at KingMakers we want people to be:Customer Focus: We keep the customer at the center of everything we do
