Job description We are currently seeking for an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative professional as Senior Product Designer in Madrid or Valencia.
At LittleBIG Connection, we recognize the essential role of a Product Designer.
Beyond merely aesthetic considerations, the Product Designer plays a crucial part in shaping our products by transforming user needs, product insights, and business requirements from our product team into compelling design solutions that prioritize usability and functionality.
Working within a dedicated task force, you will help develop various components of the LittleBIG Connection platform and will be fully involved in all team operations.
As a Senior Product Designer , your contributions will not only enhance the user experience but also drive the continuous evolution of our product design standards, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of industry trends and customer expectations.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to conceptualize and design new features and improvements for our products.
Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet business objectives and user needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and deeply understand our users' needs and behaviors.
Apply and contribute to the development of our design standards and style guides.
Present and defend key design decisions and designs to internal teams and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile From 3-4 years of experience onwards as a Product designer and you speak English fluently.
Requirements: Degree in Product Design, UX/UI, Interactive Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product design in technology environments, preferably in software companies or startups.
Experience working in corporate environments collaborating across different teams such as Tribes, Squads, and Guilds.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie, Axure, or similar.
Experience in responsive design and knowledge of best UX/UI practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and technical skills in product design.
Deep knowledge of product culture and Lean and Agile methodologies, with the ability to implement these principles in the design of effective solutions.
Ability to develop a long-term strategic vision, understanding how products can evolve and adapt to future market and user needs.
Experience and knowledge in UX/UI related metrics and analytics.
Ability to handle user study tools such as Maze, Hotjar, Userzoom, and Quant UX for surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and card sorting.
