Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall's strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Own the outcome of your job and keep an eye on metrics.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing.
