How would you like to join us on this journey?About the role…At Happy Scribe we are currently building a deeper core product functionality tailored to our key customer archetypes and are looking for someone to show the best of our product to the market.Working as part of a dedicated, cross-functional team, including product, engineering, and marketing, as our Growth Product Designer, you will think holistically across the entire customer journey, from our first digital touchpoint to the aha! moments of the product, designing strategies for customer segmentation and monetisation to enhance user engagement and growth.What you will do…Build a deep understanding of our customers across different types of businesses; synthesising data, conducting research and experiments to outline different awareness gaps and frictions they face with Happy Scribe.Design experiments that take up to a couple of weeks to launch to a testing environment.Gather quantitative and qualitative insights and choose testing approaches.Play fast and loose, hip-shoot experiments with hypothesis-based thinking.Design seamless user experiences across the customer journey.Fall in love with the growth mindset, try many quick ideas, learn rapidly, and be okay without knowing what the clear solution is.Impact key metrics, including the percentage of high-potential signups visiting the website, the conversion rate from visitors to customers, the increase in PQLs, and Net Dollar Retention.Drive improvements and optimisations thanks to a blend of design, data insights, and marketing to support Happy Scribe's acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetisation motions.Build with a cohesive brand from the first contact to the last.What you will bring…4+ years experience as a product designer.Experience in crafting designs that enhance growth (such as refining onboarding processes, adoption rates, or user engagement flows).Ability to create marketing content that serves as the initial touchpoint in the customer journey, including:Working with an agency to build a video showcasing our product's user journey and solution or a specific industry verticalWebsite designDesigning paid adsA ship-to-learn mentalityEnthusiasm for game mechanics, psychological theories, and behaviour design.Qualitative user research skillsGrowth Hacking Mindset: geared towards finding creative, cost-effective solutions to rapidly increase the user base and engagement
