This is what you'll be doing As a Senior Product Designer at Genie AI you'll get the chance to immerse yourself within the world of law, legal contracts and AI at a start-up that is genuinely design-lead.
We're big enough to disrupt the legaltech industry, but small enough that you can make a massive impact on the team.
Some of your key day to day duties will include: User research: Speaking to lawyers, founders, business people in-depth to understand their world, their workflows and their needs User testing : Moderated, unmoderated, big, small - every piece of work needs a different type of testing AI R&D: Work with our machine learning scientists to dream up, prototype and test our cutting-edge AI capabilities Product strategy: Find & prioritise user problems, collaborating closely with our PMs and also working independently UI & UX design: Using good design to instil trust in lawyers about using new technology Data analysis: Genie has a wealth of quantitative data in Mixpanel and Hotjar Prototyping: No two prototypes are the same - you will apply good intuition for the right level of fidelity to answer your research questions This is how we'll set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from you Over your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success.
