About the role: As a Digital Product Design Lead you will transform complex systems and datasets into user-friendly designs, and translate research insights into practical, innovative solutions. The successful candidate will lead projects end-to-end, maintain direct communication with stakeholders, and refine abstract concepts into compelling narratives. A deep understanding of interaction patterns and fluency in visual design and development languages are essential. What you'll do: – Bridge the gap between research insights and tangible design concepts. – Simplify intricate systems or extensive datasets into user-friendly models. – Lead end-to-end projects with teams under your supervision. – Develop frameworks like customer journeys and service blueprints based on research inputs. – Prioritize MVP features and construct user story backlogs. – Assist in defining roadmaps in collaboration with strategy and technology teams. – Design information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns. – Create wireframes, user flow diagrams, and application maps. – Establish direct communication and relationships with stakeholders throughout projects. – Refine abstract concepts into meaningful narratives addressing business opportunities, technical feasibility, and organizational structure. – Test interactive prototypes. – Develop a mental repository of interaction patterns for various contexts.
