.The Product Design team is highly collaborative, working closely with customers and across multiple functions to bring different perspectives together to create the best possible solutions. They are a diverse, international design team of four designers hailing from different parts of the globe. Each designer partners with a dedicated product manager and engineering team in a specific area of our product.You'll refine and improve the existing customer-facing platform and build new features by driving the entire product design process from discovery to delivery to iteration. Our mission at the product design team is to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers and establish our products as the trusted hub for people's identity.What you'll do:Work across the full product design life cycle from discovery to delivery.Conduct customer research by crafting interviews and lead conversations with our top customers.Be the voice of our customers and advocate for their needs and abilities.Gather insights through research and data and define the problem statement.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and partner with your product manager and engineering team in defining and developing new features.Cover both interaction/UX and visual/UI design. Be able to design and present various solutions.Hand-off and support implementation with the engineering team.Monitor performance and iterate on improvements.Actively contribute to ongoing improvements of the design team's processes, culture, and tools, including our design system.You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company, ideally designing complex products.Able to work independently and drive projects forward.Deep understanding of design principles, techniques, and methodologies, with a portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design excellence.Strategic mindset with the ability to align design strategies with business goals and user needs, translating complex challenges into actionable plans.Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics that drive user engagement and retention.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategy to all levels of the organization.A knack for prioritizing work effectively and ability to adapt quickly to changes.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Why Veriff?
