Be a key stakeholder across projects, owning the design vision alongside top talent in an environment dedicated to crafting thoughtful, human-centered solutions. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from the office based in Barcelona. Only CVs submitted in English will be reviewed. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process. Translate complex data and intricate functionality into user-friendly designs. Identify and solve design and product challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data. Analyze and synthesize user research data to make informed design decisions. Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results. Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components and enhancing existing pattern Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels. Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct thorough post-release analysis to assess outcomes, identify improvements, and apply insights to future initiatives. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback in design reviews. Required Skills: At least 6 years of experience with the advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies. Have a proven track record of delivering high-impact features that drive measurable KPI improvements and contribute to key business goals. Proficient in working with complex data structures to optimize and enhance information architecture. Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in analyzing user research data and integrating findings into design. translating findings into impactful design decisions. Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design and product decisions and lead discussions.
