About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, driven by our mission to "Make payments easy, flexible, and accessible for everyone." You will play a key role in delivering user-centric designs for merchants in our B2B2C ecosystem, working at pace while staying true to our core values of transparency, flexibility, ambition, respect, and collaboration.
Key Focus Areas: Strong Design Leadership: We need someone with a strong foundation in both UX and visual design, capable of contributing to and expanding our design system while maintaining visual coherence across products.
Jobs to Be Done Framework: Your experience in the JTBD framework will be crucial in understanding and mapping out customer needs, ensuring our products are built around real user problems and solutions.
Independent User Research: We are looking for someone who can independently plan, conduct, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative user research.
You'll be expected to take initiative in uncovering deep user insights, validating hypotheses, and continuously improving our products based on real-world feedback.
