AXA DCP aims to: Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group Create a platform for risk management and prevention services Build an ecosystem of business partners The goal of the User Research & Design Team is to shape the product and define the guidelines for delivering the best experience for our end-users. We have three main missions: User Research: acquiring knowledge about the context, the users, and the business to identify useful insights and real problems to solve Product Design: defining and designing a user-centered product that solves real problems the right way User Testing: testing and adjusting the product in an iterative manner to continuously improve the user experience The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the "Product Design" mission inside the Design Team and coordinates all related design activities
