In this role, you'll collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering teams, all unified in a single organization to drive impactful solutions.As a Product Design Manager, you'll guide and support a small team of Product Designers, working alongside the Head of UX to shape and elevate strategy for the Customer App. Leveraging your expertise, you'll connect insights across projects, ensuring design excellence and cohesion. You'll proactively tackle challenges, lead impactful design initiatives to enhance UX's role, and contribute hands-on to projects to drive high UX standards across the team.THE JOURNEYProactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (including Product Management, UX Research, UX Writing, Data Science, Ops) to identify, prioritize, plan and execute efficient and engaging user experiences with high-impact.Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation and everything that entails, championing empathy for our users and letting their needs guide your solutions.
