The Position
We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing SaaS product company. You should excel in creating intuitive, high-quality design solutions, and have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding user interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally effective.
What You Will Do
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver delightful design solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals. Occasionally meet with customers to gather insights, present prototypes, and validate design decisions to ensure the final product resonates with users. Advocate for design excellence by conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the product. Maintain a design language that ensures consistency and quality across all product interfaces. Deliver high-quality UI and UX design that amplify the user experience and meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence. Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, with an emphasis on crafting visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Expertise in creating high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and design systems that set a high standard for design quality across the team. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality throughout the product development lifecycle. Experience in refining and elevating design work through iterative improvements and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in Product Design with a focus on delivering high-quality interfaces for digital products. A strong Portfolio from SaaS companies or product design agencies demonstrating a strong process, design excellence, and the successful implementation of user-centered design solutions for B2B and/or B2C products.
