The Opportunity: We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team and push the boundaries of user-centred product design. The ideal candidate will combine UX mastery with strategic thinking to create innovative, AI-enhanced solutions that meet complex user needs and business objectives. Your expertise and leadership will significantly enhance the overall product functionality and user experience, driving the team towards achieving strategic goals.
Based in our Barcelona office you will work closely with our fantastic Product & Engineering teams.
Important note: This is a hybrid role that offers a mix of home and office based working.
What you will do: Craft: Exhibit UX mastery by creating simple, elegant solutions to complex technical and functional challenges. Leverages AI technologies to enhance and develop compelling, user-centred experiences that push the boundaries of product design.
Design Language: Actively maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system and brand language, ensuring consistency and innovation across all design work.
Champion: Design principles and practices across the organisation, evangelising the value of user-centred design and fostering a culture of design excellence.
Voice of the User: Act as the voice of the customer by actively gathering and integrating user feedback, identifying and collecting necessary data and research.
Collaboration: Co-lead projects within multidisciplinary teams, identifying and acting on collaboration opportunities while guiding discussions toward actionable outcomes.
Problem Solving: Identify complex design challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Lead stakeholder management by building strong relationships and effectively communicate design decisions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and user needs.
Ownership: Optimise efficiency and set accurate estimates. Confidently make significant trade-offs aligned with project goals. Demonstrates strong ability to handle undefined, diverse-scope projects.
What you will need: Experience: 5+ years in Product/UX Design
Product Development: Proven track record of taking products from concept to completion (0-1 development)
Design Methodologies: Proficient in Design Thinking and Lean UX
Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills
Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams
Industry Experience: Must have: Experience with B2B SaaS in high-growth, tech-led startups or scale-ups
Desirable: Experience with SaaS analytics products
Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding customers and creating innovative, user-centred products and experiences
Design Tools: Expert knowledge of tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Design Systems Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Interface Design: Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces
AI Technologies: Experience with AI technologies and their application in design

Salary: Banding €65,000.00 - €80,000.00 Depending on experience
