If you have a passion for driving cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Contract Negotiation Expertise: Conduct negotiations to secure advantageous terms, ensuring contracts align with company expectations and requirements.Supplier Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations for compliance and on-time deliveries.Order Management Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of supply issues.Efficient Record Keeping: Implement and update procurement records and supplier contracts in the company's internal tool, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate solid competencies in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software for creating and maintaining procurement documentation and reports.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and translate them into clear, effective procurement strategies.Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions and strategy.Qualifications Master's degree in procurement, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Certification Advantage: Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role with a strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs and PO management.Proven negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.Strong analytical skills for managing budgets and critically evaluating supplier proposals.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing and analyzing procurement data.
Experience with procurement software and supply chain management systems, with a preference for Ivalua.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier management and internal collaboration
