Senior Procurement Executive

If you are looking for a challenging growth opportunity this is your chance!ResponsibilitiesFoster, develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders Lead the procurement process and work hand in hand with other project managersNegotiate contractual terms and conditionsPerceive and manage operational risk and propose pivot/contingency plansPerform detailed analysis of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvementDevise new approaches to improve efficiency while meeting quality objectivesRegularly communicate with operating teams and management to present ideas, new processes, analytic-based findings and current progressAnalyse, report and recommend solutions to mitigate risks in meeting client requirements.Develop and build relationships cross organisation to gain consensus and intra-organizational communicationFunction as the POC in certain markets with external stakeholdersBuild expertise in effectively using the latest analytical technology and tools (both external and internal)Requirements4+ years of operations or project management experience (preferably in a startup/scaleup)Fluent in Spanish and/or English is a must.Fluent in French, German and/or Italian.Advanced knowledge of excel + project management tools/processesStrong negotiation skills and an ability to manage riskExcellent planning and attention to detail Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
