At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.As a Senior Process Engineer SM API in the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Small Molecules team in Schaffhausen, you are responsible for the manufacturing of high potent small molecule API under high containment conditions.You will grow innovation and technical, data-driven process improvements at the site while also supporting the growth of the portfolio, maintaining compliance, delivering cost and capacity improvement projects in the Schaffhausen Small Molecule business. You will maintain and supervise the lifecycle management of Drug Substances (API) and the corresponding intermediates, and you will constantly support process improvements during New Product Introduction and the life cycle of our established products. You will work on multi-functional and international teams to achieve company and department goals
