TAMs are responsible for the overall governance and technical service delivery.
They help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments, achieving the desired business outcomes while minimizing risk.
To do this, TAMs must become trusted advisors to the customer, ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, help customers deliver their IT strategy, overcome challenges and meet business goals, and use leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations.
The Services Portfolio includes Managed Services, On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Platforms and Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and Security services that TAMs may manage in full or in part.

ResponsibilitiesLead, direct and coordinate multiple project management and service management teams in the design of the overall project, including the development of the project/services timelines and implementation plans.Implement project management procedures, and create the metrics for determining success and progress.Identify and develop working relationships with affected constituencies at all levels; ensure that the information flows appropriately about project activities and progress.
Encourage project team participation as appropriate.Advise process teams representing constituent needs regarding cross-functional considerations, workflow integration and coordination, and optimization of best practices.Promote high-performance teamwork to assure timelines and quality of deliverables.Provide and ensure communication with and between Project & Service Managers and constituent management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan.Identify, secure and coordinate implementation of internal and external resources and expertise as appropriate to achieve project objectives.Ensure that the project is proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.Knowledge/SkillsExpert knowledge and demonstrated skill leading and managing multiple highly visible information technology projects that require integration of multiple information systems and coordinating the work of multiple project managers with multiple sub-projects.
Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in project management principles and techniques including project lifecycle, resource and budget allocation skills.
Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in information systems techniques and principles including analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation and training procedures and practices.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of management planning, organization and administration; knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns and job design.
Advanced analytical, planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrable experience in managing critical situations/projects.
Pre-Requisites10 years in IT Project Management experience.Demonstrable CxO level interaction linked to IT activities.Bachelor degree.Spanish and English are both a must.Residence in Madrid.Career Level - IC5
