Joining Allianz Consulting means working in an international environment alongside talented colleagues, excited to shape the future of Allianz with business impact for Technology & Innovation.You will:Provide professional consulting service for our clients within Allianz Group across the globe.Manage IT projects in hybrid or agile set-ups, driving progress across workstreams to fulfill top quality deliverables, comply with ambitious deadlines, and proactively find solutions for challenges with strong stakeholder management and communication.Meet client requirements, analyze, and understand their business needs in the context of transformation, technology, and innovation assignments.Convince our clients with experience and best practice in IT project management consulting across business sectors and along the insurance value chain, confidently presenting statuses and solutions for key stakeholders.Contribute to sales pitches as well as internal consulting service development with your ideas and experience together with colleagues across practice areas.Minimum Requirements:Excellent Master's degree in business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable course of study.5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in IT project management & transformation consulting.Practical experience and preferably certification in IT project management, e.G. ITIL, PMI, Scrum.Passion and experience in business & IT transformation management with topic ownership/responsibility.Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience.Advanced skills in MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS Analytics.Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict management.Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.Insurance business experience is not required but a plus; the expectation is thatmissing experience will be caught up fast during employment.What We Offer:We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
