As part of Supply Chain Finance CIB product team, main tasks will include:Maintenance of Production with a 360o vision of the product (SW & HW).Manage/control of the incidence and problems backlog, using Agile techniques.Guaranteeing the correct operability and resilience of the application and compliance with global service levels.Always aligned with the strategies/goals of CTO and CIO of the area.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Product maintenance team managerBacklog managementParticipation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.Definition of user requirements and coordinate fixes of bugs with N1 & N2 support teams.Analyzing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.Monitoring service levels to ensure continuous improvement of functionalities delivered.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Manage and coordinate different internal areas (Business, Operations, Technology, etc.
).Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.EXPERIENCEEssential:From 6 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.Productions management experience.Knowledge in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products.Nice to have:Knowledge in payments channels/formats.Knowledge in accounting.Experience in TDD/BDD practices.EDUCATIONCertificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
Technical background would be a plus.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEEssential:Agile Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).User level knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams tools.User level knowledge of Dynatrace tool.Excellent communication skills.Proactive and results-oriented.Good change management.Leadership skills
