The main objective is to supply Miura 5 tanks with liquid oxygen, kerosene, helium, nitrogen gas through a feeding system.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and design the process of the different feed systems, based on the requirements and standards.Prepare MTO.Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions related to the launch complex and test benches.Maintain and update documentation related to the launch complex and test bench configurations and procedures.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for the procurement of necessary equipment, components, and services related to test bench development.Necessary RequirementsCompleted technical engineering degree.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge of process calculations based on ASME B31.3 and B31.5.Knowledge of valve and static equipment sizing.Preparation of specification sheets for rotary equipment.Calculation of loads on equipment, structures and foundations.Preparation of stress specification.Preparation of support standards.Use of Aspen Hysys, EcosimPro or equivalent design software.Use of Caesar II, Autopipe or any other specialized software.Desired RequirementsDevelop and review piping system designs according to technical and regulatory requirements.Design of special and structural supports.Design and interpretation of P&IDs.Definition of 2D piping layout drawings.Proficiency in SP3D, Plant3D or any other specialized software.Knowledge of 3D design software (Solidworks, Siemens NX, Inventor).Medium/high level of English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.Familiarity with mechanical design and manufacturing processes.Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across different departments.Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment.BenefitsHealth & Wellness: We want you to be happy and healthy in body and mind.
