As a Senior People Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our teams and nurturing a high-performance culture. Your expertise in partnering with senior leaders and managers and fostering a strong culture will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission of unlocking human potential through learning.What you'll be doing:Strategic Partnership: Be the go-to advisor for your chapters and CXO, offering expert guidance on all things related to people, talent, performance, organization, and growth opportunities.Evolve People Processes: Build on our People processes and initiatives and tailor them to best support your chapters, driving our business goals and setting our teams up for success.High Performing teams: Develop performance metrics, and coach managers on how to effectively manage performance, whilst not losing sight of how our rockstars develop and recognize them.Employee Engagement: Utilize our Culture Amp tool to boost the engagement and happiness in our already super engaged team.Data Analytics: Tap into the potential of our people data and analytics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to leaders.Change Management: Support our leaders and managers in managing organizational changes.Talent Acquisition: Team up with our Talent Acquisition crew to find the best talent out there.Cross functional projects: Own and drive at least one key cross-functional project that will have an outsized impact on Preply beyond just your chapter.What you need to succeed:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Partner or in a similar capacity within a people team.Excellent communication skills and an ability to bring data-driven decision-making to solving key people concerns.Strong stakeholder management with the ability to push back and challenge.Ability to balance a people-first mindset with strong business focus and understanding.A strong passion and proven experience for pushing boundaries in the people field.Experience leading & optimizing key People & change management processes
