Your Experience5+ years of experience in People Operations:Broad knowledge in a generalist capacity, ideally within a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of operational best practices.Compliance and employment law:Strong understanding of compliance requirements and employment law in Germany, with knowledge of additional countries considered a strong advantage.Solid experience using HRIS: Experience with Personio is a plus; capability to effectively implement new technologies for HR solutions.Strong analytical skills: Particularly in using HR metrics to derive insights and improve processes and employee experience.Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships across the company.Project management experience: Agile mindset for executing cross-functional projects.Proficient in German and English:Able to handle complex discussions and documentation in both languages. Your ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations Processes: Develop and implement People Operations processes tailored to our fast-growing environment. Your goal is to ensure that our globally expanding team always receives the necessary support.Support and Enhance People Operations Functions: Take ownership of various People Operations functions, continuously driving improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the entire employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in optimizing HR processes and fostering a positive employee experience.Administration and documentation: You will be responsible for operational tasks, such as the accurate administration of personnel files and data, the maintenance of our HRIS Personio.Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR processes and policies comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update policies as needed to meet legal requirements and reflect company values.Day-to-day support for managers and employees:You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as onboarding new employees, creating and amending employment contracts, certificates and references.International People Operations: Adopt a global mindset in everything you do. As our team expands across different countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK, you will tailor People Operations processes to meet the needs of each location, keeping local regulations and cultural nuances in mind.
