The HR Technology and Integration (T&I;) organization was established as part of the HR team's journey through digital transformation.
Become a key project team member as we begin to implement Payroll & Time & Attendance as part of our global HR system using SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
The role will also work closely with our business process leads to establish best practices, identify & implement systems & process improvements for Payroll & T&A; processes.
What your background should look likeBachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data management.Experience with HR Systems configuration, administration and reporting (SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll).SAP Payroll, or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) administration - ideally accredited or in the process of working towards accreditation.Deep knowledge of payroll processing.Experience in time recording, management & evaluation desired (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, or equivalent).Skills RequiredAbility to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.What you'll doGlobal Product Owner for Payroll and Time & Attendance.Responsible for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF-ECP) and oversight of Workforce Software Time & Attendance.Key Project Team Member for the phased implementation of Payroll & T&A; in 8 countries over a 3 year period across EMEA, AMER, & APAC regions working closely with our implementation partner.Partner closely with our HR Services & Solutions team & local country payroll teams to provide product knowledge & solutions.Streamline & continuously improve system configuration for Payroll & Time.Research solutions to support HR programs and processes.CompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation.
