This team ensures that SITA Aircraft builds and sustains strong, value-driven relationships with key companies, broadening the impact of its product and service offerings.As a Senior Partner Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across the business and maintain substantial engagement with key partners, including suppliers. You will oversee day-to-day partner relationships, establishing and sustaining clear, consistent, and mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, you may support other business projects to drive our broader objectives.The position reports to VP of Product, SITA Aircraft and is part of the Partner Management team, working under the Director Partner Management.WHAT YOU WILL DOManage SITA Aircraft's overall relations with allocated partners, in line with the overall strategy and objectives set for each and in close collaboration with both the designated executive sponsor and all relevant functions. Depending on the assigned partner mix, you will be responsible for:Developing and maintaining a shared understanding of product roadmaps and service strategies to ensure alignment between SITA Aircraft and its partners.Fostering a consistent view of operational activities, including joint service development roadmaps, quality of service, support services, contracts, and go-to-market strategies.Managing the partner governance model, including regular reviews, assessments, and action tracking to ensure accountability and performance.Collaborating closely with the Director of Partner Management and relevant business owners to establish and maintain a clear strategic engagement framework and action plan.Partnering with SITA Aircraft's Supplier Performance Management team when the partner also acts as a key supplier, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.Mapping and maintaining active interfaces at senior executive, single point of contact (SPoC), and operational levels to ensure effective communication and coordination.Owning and managing the escalation process between SITA Aircraft and its partners to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
