Review competitor websites to benchmark our current market-share and source new suppliersNegotiate commission levels relevant to the circumstances to gain the best termsPro-actively improve the supplier base for leisure/corporate customers using the new supplier processes, ensuring all relevant documents are received and transferred accuratelyLiaise with suppliers in a timely manner, working with other areas of the team to ensure a smooth sign-up processOversee and support sourcing accommodation solutions for projectsLiaise with Account Management teams to fulfil any specific location search requestsWork with the team during RFP processes and curate property options for client programmesReview working methods and consider procedural or system changes to improve efficiencies within the new supplier sign-up processCommunicate periodic reports to your line manager on the new supplier progress for department and company updatesPotential to travel on European partner acquisitions tripsExperience Required: Commercially awareFamiliar with data analysisFunctionality of ExcelExperience of contract/agreement terminology and managementServiced Apartment/Corporate Housing experience (ideal, not essential)Skills: Highly organised with a successful track record of meeting deadlinesResults focused and self-drivenStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenFluency in Spanish & English is essential (other languages are a plus)Apply now for the chance to join a unique team with a culture unlike any other!We are the world's leading provider of corporate serviced apartments.
