Cross-check and validate information.Organize and maintain accurate filing and archiving for all projects.Accurate and timely maintenance of project status spreadsheet and contracts database.Support uploading into Legisway (contract management system) agreements and related documents.Coordinate with outside legal counsels on specific assignments, review preliminary advice and provide recommendations to the internal supervising attorney
