- Degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Mathematics, related areas or comparable education/work experience.
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken fluently.
- At least 3 years of working in the field of privileged access management engineering.
- Completed CyberArk trainings (preferred level: CyberArk Certified Sentry - PAM).
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of CyberArk components.
- Intermediate skills in scripting with PowerShell, AutoIt.
- Familiarity with task automation (Jenkins, Ansible, Pipelines, etc.).
- Operating systems (Linux, Windows).
- Windows server management.
- Basic management of Windows Server services e.g., IIS, RDS.
- Troubleshooting of Windows and Windows Services.
- Basic knowledge in IT networking (Firewall, Routing, Network communication).
- Development of Windows GUI applications to interact with API services is beneficial (e.g., C#, Rust, Go).
- Vendor support interaction/communication.
- Knowledge of security standards and IAM Processes.
- Technical skills related to software development, engineering, and deployment.
- Source code version control: Git, Gitlab.
- Technical expertise and interest in IT security, Identity and Access Management, and related fields of technology, and open to new trends and technologies.
- Proven track record of the ability to create proper documentation and being capable of transferring knowledge in an enterprise-scaled, international environment.
- Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem-solving skills based on practice and precedent.
- Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different teams as well as willingness to support new team members.
