What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Senior Paid Media Specialist in the Online Marketing team, you will be in charge of:
Ideating and implementing online marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and Video advertisement networks for all eDreams ODIGEO brands and products;Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to ensure targets are met (sales, cost per sale, ROAS, brand awareness, reach, etc.) through continuous optimization;Ideating and executing A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and other relevant dimensions;Collaborating with the internal creative team as well as external creative agencies to ensure creatives align with publisher requirements;Collaborating with providers (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to maximize the full potential of each platform/media (testing new features, digesting new data, etc.);Creating new/improving current best practices and documenting processes for campaign launch and ongoing optimization.What you need to succeed: Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here's what you need to succeed:
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing one or more media buying platforms among Meta and YouTube/Google. Other platforms are nice to have: TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.;Strong understanding of display and video performance metrics and industry best practices;Truly curious and passionate about online marketing. Willing to help create and nurture a best-in-class marketing organization.
