At the forefront of one of the company's key strategic initiatives, your primary goal will be to drive demand, visibility and adoption of SuiteCloud customization technologies. In this role, you will create effective product messages for audiences on a global scale and lead a coordinated set of initiatives aimed at promoting learning, onboarding, best practices, and delighting users with new community-based experiences.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Collaborate with Technical Documentation, Product Management, Development, Test,Operations and User Experience design teams to create and deliver attractive and useful enablement materials for software developers and IT professionals- Participate in NetSuite's annual industry event SuiteWorld, and directly interact on an ongoing basis with users via industry forums, social channels, threaded discussions, and other touchpoints- Lead the rollout of a new online developer destination that delivers a wide range of technical content and assets to customers and partners- Expand the scope and depth of available resources and engagement opportunities available to prospective and existing software developers and NetSuite system administrators- Develop a deep understanding and empathize with customer needs and pain points through research and discovery activities leveraging design-led thinking approaches and user/market research- Partner with marketing, sales, professional services, and product support teams to roll out and promote new capabilities and engagement opportunities including user community, programs, and ecosystem development to delivery customer value- Contribute to and manage the rollout of new release documentation, technical blogs, tutorials, and related materials to ensure that customers are informed and kept up to date with new functionality and best practices**Qualifications/Skills**- 2+ years of product marketing, marketing strategy and programs management, outbound product management, online content delivery, or related background- Bachelor's or master's degree or relevant experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) is preferred.- Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms, software development processes, systems administration, and DevOps- Familiarity with Agile processes and design-led thinking approaches to product development- Ability to create and distribute impactful content and messaging over multiple channels including social that resonates with a worldwide customer base- Solid public presentation skills with speaking engagement experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, GitHub, APIs, documentation tools, and CMS- Naturally connects distinct components to the larger picture (ability to see the forest from the trees)- Unfazed by ambiguity - we strive for clarity,but accept undefined as the default state- Not constrained by role definition; contributes wherever needed to make NetSuite successful- A positive and resilient personality; embraces feedback;desire for continuous iteration and improvement- NetSuite background a plus**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
