Your tasks and responsibilities As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as: Lead and support working packages relevant to the definition and business case preparation for the Balance of Plant (i.E., foundations, offshore substations, inter-array, and export cables) and/or WTG Transport and Installation scope within origination and early development projects supporting our clients on identifying the most suitable technical concept as per the corresponding site conditions, local market conditions (e.G., localization requirements) and risk appetite Provide strategic advice in areas within the T&I; scope in a varied range of assignments, covering but not limited to supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies for auction processes or in major investment projects for supply chain market entry Deliver technical due diligence assignments supporting large and complex finance transitions taking responsibility over the T&I; scope Take a project role in the T&I; Package within our Owner's Engineer service delivery, with responsibility over package interfaces, programme, risk and change management process, managing and supporting a multidisciplinary project team Lead working packages relevant to the technical preparation, coordination, and management of the T&I; scope tendering processes in collaboration with external stakeholders and our clients, including review of offers and their subsequent technical evaluation Support standardisation processes and initiatives across the PD&A; team aiming at developing standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the T&I; scope in international projects Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant topic area; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred A minimum of 10 years (Chief) / 4-10 years (Senior) of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management Substantial experience in offshore wind project development, execution and / or operation within a project developer organisation or in an Owner's Engineer role within the relevant field Profound industry knowledge and an understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development Experience in negotiating complex construction contracts would be beneficial Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation associated to offshore construction projects Proven track record, industry reputation and network High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions that promote / advance company goals and objectives Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations Track record of presenting technical options to clients, ideally including e #J-18808-Ljbffr
