Within Ramboll, over 500 highly qualified experts are working on onshore and offshore wind projects globally, operating primarily from our 15 key offices across the Nordics, Germany, UK, Poland, Spain, Japan and the US.Your tasks and responsibilities:As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:Commercial project management incl. internal budget control, invoicing, variation order management, internal procurement and sub-contracting, internal risk management, resource management for client projectsLead and execute PMO and general project management tasks, e.g., internal and external reporting, prepare and lead meetings, oversee document management tasks, project governance mattersSupport preparation and pricing of proposals for advisory servicesStakeholder management, e.g., towards clients, partners, and other relevant groupsSupport internal projects for standardizing processes and services as well as developing new services for our clientsCollaborate with colleagues from different Ramboll divisionsYour qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferredMinimum of 10 years (Chief) / 4-10 years (Senior) of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management in wind or offshore industryExcellent project management skills with the ability to drive and achieve successful delivery within agreed parameters of timescale and qualityStrong commercial awareness and capabilitiesStrong communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentationsAttention to detail as well as solution-oriented and structured way of workingStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsProcess-focused with the ability to develop, implement and / or improve processes when necessaryMotivated to learn and grow in an international and skilled teamAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team environmentAble to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisionsHigh level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficialHigh integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when requiredWelcome to our Energy division: Ramboll is at the forefront of addressing the green energy transition and offers a holistic approach that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
