Your tasks and responsibilities: As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:
Commercial project management incl. internal budget control, invoicing, variation order management, internal procurement and sub-contracting, internal risk management, resource management for client projects.
Lead and execute PMO and general project management tasks, e.g., internal and external reporting, prepare and lead meetings, oversee document management tasks, project governance matters.
Support preparation and pricing of proposals for advisory services.
Stakeholder management, e.g., towards clients, partners, and other relevant groups.
Support internal projects for standardizing processes and services as well as developing new services for our clients.
Collaborate with colleagues from different Ramboll divisions.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years (Chief) / 4-10 years (Senior) of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management in wind or offshore industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive and achieve successful delivery within agreed parameters of timescale and quality.
Strong commercial awareness and capabilities.
Strong communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations.
Attention to detail as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Process-focused with the ability to develop, implement and/or improve processes when necessary.
Motivated to learn and grow in an international and skilled team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions.
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required.
