We aim to continue building our truly inclusive culture – come and join us!As a Senior OR Engineer you will:Join a world-class team of Quantum and Quantum-Inspired experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry.Work with Fortune-500 customers from government and private sectors.Collaborate with the founding team in a fast-paced startup environment.Contribute to designing and improving Multiverse's optimization codebase.Design and implement new Quantum and Quantum-Inspired optimization algorithms to solve cutting-edge problems across multiple industries.Required Qualifications:Master or PhD in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics or related field.5+ years of industry experience in formulating, implementing and deploying optimization solutions.Good theoretical understanding of mathematical optimization problems.In-depth understanding and expertise of optimization algorithms for LP, MIP and/or QP.Knowledge of various methods such as branch-and-bound, metaheuristics and greedy algorithms.Hands-on experience with commercial solvers (CPLEX, Gurobi, ...) or open-source solvers.
