Senior Operations Manager, Iberia

As a Senior Operations Manager at Lime you are a region manager for the Iberia area. You are the eyes on the ground and the voice of Lime with city officials, community members, and businesses promoting safety, increasing ridership and understanding of what local riders want. You are the voice of Operations to internal stakeholders and an internal collaborator. You will work cross-functionally with government relations, central ops, product, etc. to ideate on and then partner on the execution of the market strategy and optimization of the fleet for the region. You will also manage your region's P&L and you'll manage a team of senior level warehouse staff; providing guidance and coaching to ensure everyone performs at their best. The person hired for this role must be within a commutable distance Lime's warehouse in either Madrid, Seville, or Lisbon. What you'll do: Own and manage a large and/or complex market or regional operations team ensuring your market hits operating metrics and consistently meets or exceeds defined KPIsManage warehouse operations ensuring operational excellence and compliance in collaboration with our Facilities and Environment Health & Safety teamsBe the operational expert within your region, championing operational excellence, owning end-to-end operational improvements, advising cross-functional teams and engaging in strategic discussions with key external stakeholders including city officialsConduct regular analysis on your region identifying trends and implementing recommendations to grow and optimize
