For our Spanish team we are seeking an experienced Senior Operations and Claims Manager who brings primary insurance operational expertise coupled with a strong operational assurance bias.
We look for someone experienced in B2B2C insurance distribution model.
You'll be part of the DWF Claims Spain team and will be assigned, as a first project, to one of our clients, one of the biggest insurance groups worldwide.
You will have a permanent and indefinite contract in DWF, one of the biggest legal and business services provider for the insurance sector operating in more than twenty countries.
Role requirements: Represent the Operations function in collaboration with distribution partners and TPA's.
Oversee the activity of the involved players: distribution partners, TPAs, etc.
Distribution dynamization as a result of the previous business oversight Know the process of complain management when these come from insurance authorities.
Be part of that process.
Understand the company business & platform capabilities and combine them to reach maximum value for our distribution partners and end customers.
Help to develop end-to-end customer journeys which combine innovative insurance solutions with our distribution partner's needs.
Collaborate with other departments to drive shared goals.
Take charge of the company's Third Parties (MGA's) oversight responsibility, ensuring that services are in line with agreed terms and that our operational governance model is respected.
Partner performance management: SLA reviews aligning with conduct risk, issue management, partner risk assessments and audits Coordinate outsourcing partners (internal and external) supporting the Spanish team.
Closely collaborate with key members of the organization in Operations, Business Development, Product & Technology to design business models.
Collate, review and deliver regular Management Information and Key Performance reports (i.e.
Complaints reports, SLAs monitoring) to support business strategy Experienced required At least three years as a senior claims hander or administrative in an operations department Deep knowledge of the day to day insurance distribution activity: production, payments, claims, complains, cancellations and renewals Reporting at all levels.
Deeply familiarized with KPIs and SLAs of the proper activity.
Medium/high level of written and spoken English is a must for this position.
