We are leaders in digital technology services, providing large-scale technological solutions to big companies.What We Look ForFor our specialized team, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to be part of the multi-year cloud transformation program that we have embarked upon with our client.Main Tasks and Accountabilities:Ensure a given scope is delivered timely and with quality, coordinating other associates as required.Supervise the progress according to schedule and escalate any issues or delays, providing a mitigation plan as applicable.
Ensure adherence to Service Framework and processes.Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to institutional clients, providing accurate and timely information while strictly following defined processes.Coordinate data from various applications and teams to prepare accurate reports within specified deadlines.Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures.Work in line with the Service Framework in place, delivering to the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and working within set policies and guidelines.Take ownership and oversight of the function, ensuring requests are understood, completed, and delivered with the highest accuracy and timeliness.What Do We Expect From You3 years of experience in back-office services, preferably in report operations and report creation for the finance industry.1+ years of experience coordinating small teams or taking full responsibility for determined sets of scope.Technical knowledge in databases (queries) and BI solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook (intermediate/advanced).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent writing skills in English.Demonstrates confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders.Location: SpainIf you would like to know more, don't hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in detail.
