ADP is hiring a Senior Operating Compliance Manager
In this role, the Senior Operating Compliance Manager will be part of a dedicated Compliance team and will perform compliance activities and assessments to help protecting ADP's business and clients against any legal and regulatory risks, with a specific focus on (1) ADP Third Parties Risk Management program together with (2) the ADP Payment Support Services solution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this context, you will be responsible to perform compliance assessments and activities on ADP's third-party payroll providers to ensure they meet regulatory requirements as well as ADP's exact quality, ethical and security standards.
You will also be responsible for the overall control framework of the end-to-end delivery model of ADP Payment Support Services ("PSS") solution and for ensuring a stable operating environment, able to manage growth in terms of clients, countries and operating models. PSS solution is a recent ADP offer that provides an automated and efficient way for clients to make multi-country payroll payments to their employees, statutory bodies and third parties through a licensed and trusted payment provider.
