Senior Operating Compliance Manager

Detalles de la oferta

ADP is hiring a Senior Operating Compliance Manager
In this role, the Senior Operating Compliance Manager will be part of a dedicated Compliance team and will perform compliance activities and assessments to help protecting ADP's business and clients against any legal and regulatory risks, with a specific focus on (1) ADP Third Parties Risk Management program together with (2) the ADP Payment Support Services solution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
ADP is working with a global network of third-party payroll providers to provide payroll management services to our global clients. To address the inherent risks associated with the use of these third parties, ADP has created a robust control environment that includes regular compliance assessment on these third parties. In this context, you will be responsible to perform compliance assessments and activities on ADP's third-party payroll providers to ensure they meet regulatory requirements as well as ADP's exact quality, ethical and security standards.
You will also be responsible for the overall control framework of the end-to-end delivery model of ADP Payment Support Services ("PSS") solution and for ensuring a stable operating environment, able to manage growth in terms of clients, countries and operating models. PSS solution is a recent ADP offer that provides an automated and efficient way for clients to make multi-country payroll payments to their employees, statutory bodies and third parties through a licensed and trusted payment provider.
What you can expect on a typical day

Third Parties Risk Management

The main activities of this part of the role include:

To perform compliance impact assessments on ADP's third-party payroll providers to identify potential risks and to ensure that adequate remediations and action plans are in place to address and mitigate the risks or misalignments discovered during such assessments.
To report regularly the status of the assessments, highlighting any potential risk or misalignment found together with the remediation actions in place.
To identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes and procedures and assist in implementing improvements.
To work closely with other ADP departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of compliance efforts.
To address ADP associates' and ADP third-party payroll providers' concerns or questions on compliance.
To assist with any special / ad hoc compliance related tasks, as required.

ADP Payment Support Services ("PSS")

To ensure accurate and complete data/evidence regarding the PSS processes effectiveness.
To maintain relevant guidelines or/and policies necessary to establish a payment services control environment.
To coordinate external and internal audit with key business leaders and functional stakeholders.
To provide day to day compliant support when necessary.

The time division between the activities related to PSS solution and to the third-party management program must not be viewed as fixed as it may vary depending on the priorities that each activity may require at any given moment, under management's direction.
Similarly, because of ADP ever-growing country coverage and the regulations and laws that are constantly changing, there is a constant increase in compliance risks and a need to constantly adapt and improve our compliance program and process.
