.SYSTRA is one of the world's leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.With over 10,300 employees, SYSTRA's mission is to design safe and sustainable transport solutions to bring people together, develop social inclusion and facilitate access to employment, education and leisure throughout the world.For 65 years, the Group has been working alongside cities and regions to contribute to their development by creating, improving and modernising their infrastructure and transport systems, throughout the life cycle of their projects.SYSTRA is involved from the earliest stages of design through to the testing, deployment and maintenance phases.The company provides all its services in over 80 countries worldwide and generates 74% of its turnover internationally.Senior OCS EngineerSYSTRA is an international engineering and consulting group specializing in rail (Passenger and freight) and public transport.For more than 60 years, SYSTRA has supported its partners and clients on all the phases of projects, from concept to maintenance through design and construction.With 10,000 employees worldwide, including more than half based abroad, SYSTRA is a world leader in transport infrastructure engineering.THE ROLEThe OCS Engineer is involved in all the phases of railways power supply projects including tender, design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, upgrade and renovation for OCS systems and technologies including 750V, 1,500V, 3,000V, 25kV, etc. for urban, intercity and high-speed rail applications.The scope of work of the OCS Engineer includes:Analysis of client requirements.Production of technical and functional specifications.Support to the client during tender phase for tender specification, tender supervision, tender proposal evaluation, etc.Support the client for OCS system design review, manufacturing/upgrade/renovation, Factory Acceptance Test and site installation.Support the client for testing and commissioning.The OCS engineer may work on several tender and projects simultaneously.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEEDUCATION:Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.EXPERIENCE:At least 10 years' experience as a Railway Engineer, minimum 5 years' experience in OCS systems, for a senior position.REQUIREMENTS:Extensive knowledge of OCS systems and their interfaces.Ability to develop OCS design documents, descriptions, calculation documents and drawings.International project experience and exposure with understanding of work in a multicultural environment.Ability to work as an individual with minimum support or in a team in a multicultural and multinational environment.Ability to travel abroad for short missions to visit clients or for projects.Fluent in Spanish and English both spoken and written.Proficient in French would be a plus
