What do you have to offer?
5 years of experience on corporate (multi-country) network level
Routing & Switching
WAN / LAN / Wireless LAN / MPLS / Cisco L3 / ISE Expertise
Familiar with protocols such as Static, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
Good understanding of IaC & Script-based automation and languages (e.g. Powershell & C#) or Equivalent technologies like Ansible/Nomad by Hashicorp
Excellent incident handling and troubleshooting skills
Change request implementations
Work with integrity, meaning working in such a way that the job is executed properly, transparently, carefully and complying with the applicable laws, regulations, policies and Code of Conduct; Hold yourself and others responsible for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. Implement changes out of office hours
Participate in 24x7 standby shifts, one week per 7 weeks
Excellent English skills
Which tasks can you expect?
Align with the business and projects regarding demands, (service) requests and new services
Assess new requests based on architecture standards, policies and regulation
Align designs with other Teams within the Technical Engineering department
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major incidents together with senior engineers
Perform operational 3rd level support on incidents, solving complex network problems
Prepare (plan) network changes for CAB approval and deployment
Deploy network changes
Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
Optimize current environment
Maintain and support projects
