Job Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining microservices-based software products with the .NET Core stack and Azure Cloud.Writing and executing high-quality tests.Continuously improving gaps in maintainability, performance, and code quality.Participating in architectural discussions demonstrating deep technical knowledge.Having a sense of ownership and the ability to push things towards completion.Mentoring less experienced team members.Knowledge and Skills: MUST: More than 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development.Deep understanding of .NET development – C#, .NET Core, SQL and NoSQL DB, MongoDB, Caching, Containerization, Redis, Azure Functions, API Gateway, and related technologies.Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards like clean code, clean architecture, unit and integration testing, code reviews.Deep knowledge in writing high-quality code that is performant and maintainable.Continuous improvement mindset – willingness to learn and adopt innovation through new tools, practices, and frameworks.Having a strong sense of ownership and willingness to push things forward to get things done.A degree in systems engineering, computer science or similar.English working proficiency (C1).Nice to have: Solid experience in developing REST APIs, preferably in a microservices environment.Experience with async communication and messaging like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.Experience with cloud application development and containerization.Experience with software development life cycle tools like Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Sonar.What we offer: Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Private health insurance covered by the company.Fully remote.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits, and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner!If you're passionate about technology, fintech innovation, and being able to contribute to an environment that values collaboration and diversity, this opportunity might be just the perfect fit for you!
