.Senior MLOps - Team LeadBarcelonaCatalonia, ESOur client is a leading global advertising, media, and ad-tech solutions company connecting brands to consumers by representing top platforms and publishers.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MLOps Team Lead to oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning algorithms in production environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLOps practices, experience with deploying and maintaining ML models, and the ability to lead a team of engineers specializing in Python programming.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the team in delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MLOps engineers and Python developers.Facilitate collaboration within the team and across other departments to ensure seamless integration of ML systems.Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end pipelines for ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Develop automated workflows for CI/CD in ML systems to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems for production ML models to ensure performance and reliability.Troubleshoot issues in real-time and ensure high availability of deployed systems.Collaborate with the machine learning team (ML) to manage model retraining and updating processes.Write, review, and maintain high-quality Python code for MLOps tooling and automation.Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art tools and technologies in the MLOps space.Requirements:Based in Barcelona and able to come to the office on a hybrid model (3 days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).Strong background in MLOps practices: 5+ years experience with deploying and maintaining ML models.At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role to lead a team of engineers specializing in Python programming.Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.Familiarity with AWS services such as EMR, EC2, Athena, S3.Experience in Linux environments.Experience in digital marketing platforms and user acquisition.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to mentor other team members.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to foster a collaborative team, inter-team, and company culture.Reward package:Great compensation package: 55-75k€ to negotiate based on proven experience (fixed and variable - all included).Integrate a highly motivated and young team.Top location at the heart of Barcelona in a penthouse office with rooftop terrace, barbeque, and fully stocked fridge.Good work-life balance: work from home, flexible hours.
