RavenPack is searching for a Senior ML/NLP Researcher to join our Data Solutions Research Team at our Spanish headquarters. We offer competitive compensation and a fun working environment. Relocation assistance is available.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop data-driven solutions that directly enhance our external products as well as the internal tools and processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those. Apply your expertise to tackle real-world challenges, demonstrating the benefits of systematic, data-driven processes. These can range from optimizing systematic processes for curating and maintaining our Knowledge Graphs, and enhancing document contextualization for improved retrieval, to fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specialized tasks, and coordinating various agents within LLM-driven workflows, among other possibilities. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's or PhD in a relevant field, with practical, hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a strong understanding of state-of-the-art language models. 5+ years of industry experience, contributing to business growth. Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to apply logical and mathematical reasoning to a variety of challenges. Experience using deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, HuggingFace..)
