The Senior Manager Neurology will support the Neurology TA tactical execution for the Therapeutic Area, including marketed and late-stage products for the treatment of autoimmune and degenerative neurological conditions.
Activities include but are not limited to content development, advisory boards, publications, congresses, thought leader development and scientific exchange, life cycle management, pipeline and launch activities, and evidence generation.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with the Medical Director's team, as well as with members of the cross-functional Neurology Team, execute the annual Global Medical Strategic and Tactical Plan
- Managing development of content and resources for scientific exchange, medical education programs, training, and congress activities aligned to Global Medical strategy.
- Assist with evidence generation activities such as company-sponsored, investigator-initiated, and scientific collaborations.
- Partnering with internal cross-functional stakeholders - clinical development, commercial, marketing, HEOR, and patient advocacy. Strengthen external stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining KOL relationships.
- Demonstrating effective team communication and collaboration, documentation of Medical Affairs activities through appropriate reporting systems, execution through appropriate processes, and budget and vendor management
You will need to have:
- MD, Ph D, Pharm D or an advanced scientific degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills
- Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment with proven ability to work on teams and independently.
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. - Neurology and/or immunology training, research, or industry background
- Rare disease experience
