Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. You will play a critical role in driving the technical excellence of our products, ensuring that they align with the latest trends in automotive technology, particularly in the areas of electrification and intelligent systems.Same position is available in Barcelona.Key Responsibilities:Attend to all OEM's internal meetings with all areas related to the part development.Coordinate and maintain the BOM with the OEM's department.Create and maintain component and variant overviews.Lead and coordinate all activities related to customer design checklist.Prepare and submit approval documents, including inspection reports, which will then be forwarded to the Type Approval department.For components subject to self-certification, prepare legally compliant documentation.Create and maintain project 2D drawings.Create homologation drawings.Create detailed exploded drawing of all the constituent components of the part with all the fasteners provided to join these components to the body.Update 3D and 2D linked to fine-tuning activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in mechanical design within the automotive industry, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in the design and development of exterior systems, complex modules, lighting systems, or electrification solutions.Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).Deep understanding of automotive industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.Proficiency in English.In addition, at K-LAGAN we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer:TEAM BUILDING activities.CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP.CAREERS AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT offering a wide range of formations.SPECIAL EVENTS: Summer Dinner, Christmas Dinner and Solidarity Day.BIRTHDAY OFF: enjoy it how, where and with whom you want!DISCOUNTS in kindergartens, GYM, and many more...Think it could be interesting for you?Sign up!
