How to Contribute to Our Vision For our Material and Process Development Team in the Technical Systems Department for Blades, we are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated engineer to develop materials and processes for repair solutions on blades.
The department is responsible for the full validation of blade repairs and technical support during blade reparation and maintenance activities.
You will be joining a multicultural team with employees based worldwide: Denmark, Spain, Canada, and India.
What You Need to Make a Difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of leading change.
We are also looking for: An enthusiastic contributor to technology development projects related to blade topics.
Capabilities to conduct and coordinate qualifications of new repair materials and methods for repairs/upgrades.
Your contributions will include: Scoping the qualification of repair materials for testing and process application methods.
Driving and influencing the direction of the technical scope of projects on several material topics.
Writing various documentation types such as material specifications and validation reports.
Providing technical guidance to graduated/advanced engineers.
Actively contributing to the resolution of the root cause of field issues related to materials.
To Fulfill This Role, You Need To: Possess a M.Sc.
or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
Have knowledge and experience with materials from the wind power, automotive, or aerospace industry.
Be self-driven with a problem-solving attitude, structured and detail-oriented.
Handle simultaneous assignments without losing the overview.
Have a fluent English level, both written and verbal.
Be willing to travel when required.
